Australia’s next generation is not waiting for permission. In 2026, the Australian Cycling Academy supplied all four riders selected for the women’s Junior Road World Championships team. Three of them — Neve Parslow, Chloe Bowen and Megan Moore — show how different kinds of talent can be supported by the same development pathway.

National road and time-trial titles have made Neve one of the clearest expressions of the Academy pathway: patient development, race craft and a rapidly expanding international ceiling.
