I'm from the US. Will I get stung with a huge tariff charge?
We’ve got that covered. Duties and tariffs are on us. You just sit back, refresh your tracking link, and wait for your fresh kit to arrive.
We ship via DHL Express, 5 to 7 days to most US addresses, and if some surprise fee does sneak through, don’t panic. Forward the notice to info@blacksheepcycling.cc and we’ll take care of it. No drama. No BS.

Will there be free shipping
Not during the Blackout Sale. Every order still ships with the same care and speed, we’re just keeping things simple and giving you our best price up front.
How long will my order take to ship?
5-7 days is our aim (weekdays). During the sale? Expect the Blackout Sale to be in overdrive.. So hold tight, and maybe don’t send three emails in 12 minutes asking where your bibs are. We promise, real humans are on it.
Will I get tracking details?
Yes. Emails, SMS, pigeons if needed. Hell, even messenger sheep. We’ll let you know every step of the way.
Just checked out, but now I want something else. Can you add it?
Nope. But you can place another order. Go wild.
I placed multiple orders. Can you combine them?
We love efficiency, but not this week. Combining orders will just delay things and increase the risk of chaos. We’re fast, but we’re not wizards.
Can I return sale items?
If we messed up, then hell yeah. Buttttt this dosn’t happen often. If you just changed your mind mid-coffee then check our return policy. We’re not the Grinch, but we do have limits. In short, exchanging or chasing store credit? All good. Refund? Not for sale items.

What if I miss out?
Honestly? That sucks but it’s on you. Don’t wait for the next sale. Best-sellers rarely stick around for an encore.
I entered the wrong address. Can you fix it?
If it hasn’t shipped, yes. Once it’s out the door, though, we’re unable to make any changes - your best bet is to contact the courier directly for any rerouting options.
My old promo code doesn’t work. Why?
Because you’re already getting up to 60% OFF. No double dipping.
I left stuff in my cart and now it’s GONE?!
Ever heard of the term don’t count your chickens before they hatch? Yeah, this is a great example. Until you check out, your goods are fair game. We don’t make the rules. (actually, Shopify does.)
I ordered the wrong size. All of them.
That sucks. But we did warn you to check before clicking that add to cart button. Once your order arrives, contact us. We can’t make any changes during dispatch.
Can I negotiate prices via chat?
This isn’t eBay. The price you see is the deal you get. No haggling.
Can you make more of a sold-out item?
If only it were that easy. Sometimes we can. Usually we can’t. Keep an eye on restocks or just move fast next time.
