With the Zer0 Bib, the brief wasn’t technical. It was emotional. We wanted the first reaction to be simple: “Wow. These are amazing.”

That feeling when you pull them on and everything just works. The softness of the fabric. The way the compression wraps without squeezing. The chamois sitting exactly where it should, like it was made for you. And then the cuff, or more accurately, the absence of one. That experience was intentional.

From the beginning, Zer0 wasn’t about adding more. It was about removing the interruptions that stop a bib from feeling complete.

Bogota: Soft Meets Compressive

The foundation of the Zer0 Bib is Bogota, a 210gsm compressive interlock fabric.

What makes Bogota special is the contradiction it manages so well. It’s luxuriously soft to the touch, yet highly compressive under load. It reduces muscle vibration and stabilises the leg, but it doesn’t feel harsh or restrictive. And because Bogota maintains its structural integrity over time, the fit you feel on day one is the fit you get race after race.

The Pad: When It Just Fits

At the centre of the Zer0 Bib is the Elastic Interface® Paris HP Man, one of the most-premium road-dedicated chamois produced by the world’s best pad manufacturer. It uses high-density inserts in the perineal and ischiatic zones to support extended hours in the saddle. The rear section carries 13mm of 120 kg/m³ foam for sit-bone stability, surrounded by 80 kg/m³ layers that smooth out pressure transitions

But density alone doesn’t create that “wow” feeling. The central channel is shaped using anthropometric data to relieve pressure from the urethra and promote blood flow. Multidirectional curvature and gradual transitions keep the pad stable without feeling bulky.

The X-Fifty surface fabric combines a brushed polyamide layer to reduce chafing with a polyester layer underneath to manage moisture and temperature. Perforations improve airflow, lowering skin temperature under load.
